The SKM-selective deletion of the β2-AR and Gαs was induced in adult mice via tamoxifen-dependent activation of Cre recombinase in SKM only. Efficient deletion of β2-AR and Gαs in SKM was confirmed via quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) or western blotting, respectively (Supplementary Fig.1k, p).
